Bonnyrigg Heights Primary School P&C committee is run by a small but dedicated group of parents. The P&C has 3 main roles:
1. Fundraising to purchase resources for the School – In recent years the P&C has assisted in the funding of the purchase of Smartboards in school classrooms, shade sails in the school active area and medals for students receiving an award at the end of year Presentation Day;
Our regular fundraising activities are:
Easter Egg Raffle
Mother's Day Stall & Raffle
Father's Day Stall and Raffle
Multicultural Day
2. Being a forum through which the school can get school community members ideas and feedback on issues affecting the school; and
3. Volunteering to help in ways which benefit students at school – The P&C helps with the running of BBQs, multicultural days and annual events such as Easter hat parades. As a weekly service to families, the P&C runs the School Uniform Shop and the School Banking Scheme.
All members of the school community are invited to attend P&C Meetings. The P&C gives you a voice at school, and allows you to get involved in activities at School.
