Welcome to Bonnyrigg Heights Public School. Staff work collaboratively to ensure quality teaching and learning, with a particular focus on literacy and numeracy, which are foundational to student success.
Student wellbeing is a high priority at Bonnyrigg Heights. We are committed to creating a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment where every child is known, valued, and cared for each day. Our goal is to provide a learning environment where all students can connect, succeed, and thrive.

Community support at our school
Josie McGann, Community Liaison Officer
A Community Liaison Officer helps connect families, the school, and the local community. They support parents by sharing important information, answering questions, and making sure everyone feels welcome and included. Their role is to build strong relationships between home and school to help students succeed.
Lida Joseph, Bilingual School Learning and Support Officer - (Arabic and Assyrian)
A Bi-lingual School Learning and Support Officer helps students who need extra assistance with their learning. They work closely with teachers and families, using their language skills to support students who speak different languages. Their role is to provide tailored learning support, help students feel confident, and make sure every child has the best chance to succeed at school.
Administrative and operations staff
Our administrative and operations staff keep our school running smoothly. They support students, teachers and families every day. You can find them in our front office or on the school grounds.

Our wellbeing and support staff guide student wellbeing, learning needs and inclusion. They work with teachers to make personalised adjustments. This means each child can take part fully in school life. We make our school welcoming and accessible to every child.

School Learning and Support Officers (SLSO)
